- New firmware and driver update resolves a problem where the
TF5 hardware cannot be detected on Windows XP with Service Pack 1

- A correction to the installation script now prevents a
protected file warning when installing on Windows 2000.
- Statistical analysis of an HRV measurement now includes an
automatic resume for the time domain results.
Important: This information is based on the German Diabetic
Society paper, it is included as a guide only and not as a
diagnostic tool. A subsequent release will extend
this guide to the spectral analysis.
- Extended Ewing's analysis to provide an overall global score
for the subject. Score is based upon each type of Ewing's test
taken for the subject on the same day. A total of four parameters
are scored (0 for normal, 1 for abnormal) providing a total score
range of 0-4 (4 being the most number of abnormal results). The
current test type being analysed is indicated in red. In cases
where a specific type of Ewing measurement is not available for
the subject on the same day, the global score will indicate 'Not
Available' where appropriate.

- New communication module allows use of native USB drivers to
communicate with the TF5 hardware rather than via an emulated com
port. This eliminates a strange problem found on some computers
where USB TF5 units may be incorrectly recognised as a serial
mouse causing the mouse pointer to move erratically across the
screen. Legacy com ports are still supported for customers with
serial models. Users of the previous TF5 1.01.0184 release should
uninstall the old FTDI Virtual COM Port drivers before installing
the new native ones.
